This Offering Memorandum was for a property in Elkhart, IN. Having the project be for and industrial property I wanted to create a theme that would help to give it a more lively and interesting feel in order to create more of an appeal for the information that was being presented. I created hierarchy in content by adding a slight color change behind content to allow the viewer to easily digest the multiple items on each page.
